Audio Visual equipment must be rented 14 days in advance and dependent on availability. 

Free (Duke Visitor)

• The Plaza must be requested and approved at least 3 business days in advance.  

•  Reservations are for 4 hours.

• Rain plans: You must select a rain location or additional rain date when making your reservation. A rain call to move to the alternate date will be made the day before your scheduled reservation.  

• Student Policies on tabling can be found here.

• You must remove your own trash post reservation. Charges may be incurred if trash is not removed.  

• For events with art supplies or that would create a mess on the ground, the group/department must place a tarp under their tables and chairs. Tarps are not available through CES. 

• No events with dunk tanks or smashing of objects are allowed on the Plaza 

• No taping signs on the Plaza 

• Banners on the Plaza can be coordinated through CES
