This multipurpose room is set for classroom style for 20 people and is located on the lower level of the Brodhead Center. It comes equipped with a projector/screen and lectern.

Rates

The charge for theBrodhead 067 is $75.00; however, registered Duke Groups receive a subsidy resulting in a zero balance. If you request changes to the standard set up, you will be charged a $70 setup/strike fee.

LCD projector, screen, house sound, lectern with microphone. Clients must provide their own laptops to connect with the system. Adaptors are available.

Reservation does require approval. If client books online it stays in "Web Request" status until approved; fund code or payment is required for approval.

OOD/CATERING
If you are interested in serving food and beverage at your event please let us know upon receipt of this e-mail so that arrangements can be made for room set-up. All food and beverage must be processed through Brodhead Center vendors. Food from outside vendors is not permitted at events in the Brodhead Center. If you have your event catered, you are responsible for arrangements with the caterer. A list of approved vendors can be found here.

If food is being served, we do require all tables to be covered. We have white disposable table clothes for $5 each or you may ask your caterer to provide linens.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS  

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation date. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full price of the room. If no one shows up for the reservation without canceling the client is responsible for paying in full for the room and any setup fees associated.
