Britney Sherrill is an accomplished leader with a proven record of driving organizational efficiency, financial growth, and exceptional customer experiences across the higher education, arts, and entertainment industries. With over a decade of expertise, she is recognized for fostering innovation, uniting cross-functional teams, and translating strategic vision into measurable business results.

Britney joined Duke University in 2022 to lead the operational planning and execution of Summer Programming on campus. She has delivered record-breaking performance benchmarks through process optimization, technology integration, and data-driven decision-making.

Previously, as Director of Conferences & Events at William Peace University, Britney designed and implemented a comprehensive business development strategy that improved campus venues and the student experience. Her initiatives expanded community partnerships, diversified revenue streams, and strengthened institutional brand equity. Earlier in her career with Carolina Ballet, she directed high-profile events and donor programs that enhanced operational performance and elevated audience engagement for one of North Carolina’s premier arts organizations.

Britney holds a Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs from Peace College.
