The Landing is located on the 2nd floor of the Bryan Center. The standard setup for the Landing is a "cafe" style seating with a mixture of booths, cocktail tables, and small conference tables. This furniture must stay in place.
There is a small section of The Landing near the stage that additional furniture can be added (ex. round tables, cocktail tables, rectangle tables, chairs). Adding additional furniture is subject to additional fees.
Rates
The rental fee for The Landing is $75.00; however the rental fee is waived for Registered Student Organizations. If you wish to add additional tables and chairs to the space, there are additional fees. These fees are not subsidized resulting in a charge to your fund code.
The rental fee for Bolton Family Tower Room is $75.00 If you wish to add additional tables and chairs to the space, there are additional fees.

Room Information
This space can be reserved through the Space Finder Tool. Your reservation will be tentative until confirmed by a CES staff member. You will receive an email notification when your booking is confirmed. If you have questions about this space or the availability of the space email eventservices@duke.edu.
Requests can be made up to 6 months in advance, but no later than 2 weeks prior.
All food & beverage served in this space must come from an approved Duke Vendor. For a full list of approved caterers, please use the Catering@Duke tab above.
If your event has catering, all tables must be covered by a linen or a plastic table cover. Please let us know if you need these to be provided.
There is no AV equipment in this space.
If your event requires A/V equipment or if you would like to have a technician on-site to assist with your event, please contact Tech Services at techsvcs@duke.edu at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

- Caterers must come from an approved Duke Vendor.
- If your event has catering, all tables must be covered.
- If your event has alcohol, it must be served by an approved alcohol vendor. Please reach out to Catering@Duke.edu for a full list of approved alcohol vendors.
- No open flames.
- No hanging decorations on the walls. Decorations (including signs) can only be hung on the windows with 3M command hooks. Command hooks and adhesives must be removed post-event. Groups will be charged for the cleaning and removal of command hooks if they are left behind.
- Glitter, bird seed, and feathers are not allowed in event Spaces.
