Duke University Conference and Event Services is pleased to offer customized packages for conference attendee registration. Participants from all over the world can register quickly, easily and safely for your next event. Conference and Event Services can custom design a conference registration page, providing a secure way to process payment and collect registrant information.
Our team will work with you to tailor a support package that meets your needs. Packages can range from a simple online participant registration to a complete, on-site support program. Below is a list of services that can be included in your custom package.

Custom registration website
Act as point of contact for participants with registration issues
Collect payments through secure software
Deposit all registration fees
Send email confirmations to each participant
Provide client with registrant information and financial information on a weekly basis
Print and assemble name badges
Create participant list with contact information
Manage onsite conference registration
Payment types accepted: American Express, Discover Card, Master Card, Visa, cash, check, IRI, and institutional purchase orders.
