After graduating from Duke in 1980, Windy worked in Duke Event Management coordinating special events. As Assistant Manager of Special Events, she continues to oversee all large-scale campus events including commencements, inaugurations, and reunions. She is known for being meticulously detailed and organized in assisting campus departments with event planning. In addition, she is the resident expert on all thing tents — coordinating the rental, fire inspection, location, setup and more. Her attention to detail and institutional knowledge are incredible assets to the team. Away from Duke, Windy likes to spend time on the farm with her dog Sunny.
